Class Descriptions

Intro to Body Blast: Perfect for the person who just wants to see what Body Blast is all about before making the commitment to changing their life.  It's all up to you. You can do it and we'll be here to guide you through the process to reach all your fitness goals.

Body Blast:
Do you want a fun, kick butt workout that you'll enjoy without going to the overcrowded, meat locker gyms?  Do you need to lose a pants sizes in 2 weeks.  If you said yes, then this class is for you.  Body Blast is a specially designed workout that doesn't require workout machines or weights. You'll use your own body weight, resistance bands, medicine balls, jump rope, boxing, and the pole. It's filled with cardio drills, calisthenic & plyometric exercises.  It’s a  full body workout geared to help you burn calories, lose unwanted body fat, tone your arms, shape your legs, tighten your butt & define your abs. Every class is different each time you come. This class will also get you in great shape for our Pole Dance Classes & get you ready for any special occasion or season.

Intro to Pole: Intro to Pole is for the Brand New Student who wants to see what the Pole Artform is all about. We educate you on the Amazing Benefits of Pole Fitness & Injury Prevention. This class teaches the foundation to the art: sensual movement, body strengthening, toning, increasing flexibility, beginner pole tricks and confidence. It does not matter what your size or fitness level, this class is for you! We make it Fun & Easy. We provide a safe and non-judgmental environment so everyone feels comfortable in their own skin. The instructor is very patient and walks you through everything step by step. No one will be left behind. Students may stay in this class for up to 1 month only and then should progress to our Beginner (Pole Virgins) Classes. Class is only $20


Beginner Pole (Pole Virgins): This class is for our Beginner students. There are over 20 pole tricks to learn at this level including dance movement, floor work & strength training.  In this class, there is no need to feel intimated, everyone is working to improve their sexiness and pole skills and it takes time. Please don't expect to be a master in one class, it's not possible.  But you'll be amazed at how much strength & skill you build each week.    Everyone moves at a different pace based on their athleticism and how quickly they catch on.  Students are usually ready to move from this level in 4-8 weeks depending on how often they take classes and practice.  Our amazingly talented & patient instructors will be right by your side if you're feeling a little nervous or shy.   Get ready to have some fun and make some New Pole Dancing Virgins Friends!

Intermediate (Pole Divas): You have all the beginner spins mastered. You're ready for one arm spins, one leg spins & combination spins. You'll start climbing the pole and learning some leg grip maneuvers, taking your body sideways and lifting those feet midair. 

Advanced (Pole Stars): You're ready to take on upside down aerial tricks and multiple combination spins.  Who needs hands when you can now hold to the pole with just your legs.  This class does require short shorts as you'll need skin to hold on to the pole. This class is not for brand new students to pole dance, new students should start with Pole Virgins or Intro to Pole.

Spinning Pole: This class is for students that want to take on a new pole challenge. You should have at least 3 weeks experience before participating in this class. Pole Dancing with a Spin Pole is even more beautiful because it allows your movements to be seen from all angles, it adds a special twist to the artistry of pole dancing.  This class is taught by Mina who is one of the best in our sport on the Spin Pole.  (This class is only $20 and it's included if you have a monthly package)

Pole Conditioning & Flexibility: This class is geared to increase your upper body strength, core & flexibility.  Get ready to burn calories galore, lean your body, tone your muscles, rip your midsection & increase your flexibility.  This class is a must for all students especially the beginner students and those getting ready to move into the advanced level classes.  This class is included in the monthly packages.

Pole Play: This class is for all levels to come in and practice on all your moves. Perfect your technique, practice a routine, work on your sensual floor work and get a great workout. This class is for students with 2 weeks or more experience.  NO Brand New students to pole dance are allowed in this class.  Brand New students should register for "Intro to Pole" or Beginner Pole Class.

Booty Shakin & Lap Dance/Strip Tease: We'll start the class with some Sexy Lap Dance and Strip Tease techniques to arouse your lover at home and Keep'em yearning for more. Then learn to shake yo thang with Allure's Finest Booty Shaker, Ashley. This class will focus on how to isolate & shake what yo momma gave you. This is when you'll celebrate all your jiggle & wiggle. This is a fun fat burning workout that teaches you to be sensual and embrace your femininity.  (This class is not included in monthly pacakges, it is a separate fee of $20 per class)
** Note: Bring additional layers of clothing for the strip tease portion of class. This includes: extra panties or boy shorts/shorts, t-shirt or blouse, leggings, knee high stockings, ties, etc. Bring whatever you might want to take off for your partner.

Class Attire


Pole Dance Class: Wear shorts or yoga pants and a tank top/t-shirt. 
(Short shorts or bikini bottom must be worn to learn how to climb pole and learn upside down tricks) Shoes: Wear heels that fit snug, no pointy toe or dressy shoes. You can also purchase platform shoes at studio for $35 and up. 
 * Do not wear any oils or lotions on the day of your pole classes. Doing so will cause you to lose your grip and slip off the pole.


Body Blast Class: Wear sneakers and comfortable workout clothes. Bring a small workout towel and water bottle. You can also purchase waters at studio for $1.

How do I schedule an appointment?

* Click here to REGISTER for Class - Create a login & password and be on your way to scheduling classes and making payments online. If you need any help with our online system please give us a call and we walk you through the process.  If you are unable to register online, please call the studio and we will do it for you.  

* At our studio you can join in on classes at anytime. You do not have to wait for a certain start date. Based on your experience you'll choose from our Pole Virgins, Beginner/Int, Int/Advanced or Open Level classes.  We also offer Body Blast & Dance Fusion classes. 

* You can pay for one class at a time, a luxury that is not afforded at most studios.  You can also sign up for our amazing Monthly Packages starting at $99. 

* You must pay online in advance to reserve your space in class.  If you are unable to pay online, you must make payment in advance at studio. You can also make payment at the studio the day of your class but we can not reserve a space in class for you and this could result in you showing up to a booked class and not being able to participate. 

* 6 hour cancellation notice on all appointments or you void session and payment. There are no exceptions, please do not ask.

We are located in between La Cienega & Fairfax, 1 block east of Crescent Heights.  Studio is directly across from CVS Pharmacy.

Parking: 
There is no parking lot for studio. Plenty of street parking available. Read all Street Signs. Free Residential Parking on Stearns Drive & at Meters on Sundays. 1 hr Metered Parking on Pico 8am - 6pm, Mon - Sat ($1 an hour).  Do not park behind studio as this is for tenants only and your car will be towed.
