Our Policies & Procedures help us maintain respect & integrity in our business and with you the student. Please read the entire list below. We will uphold our professionalism and we ask that you do the same in respecting and adhering to our policies & procedures. All appointments MUST BE scheduled online using our online scheduling system (click here) to attend class. If you are unable to schedule online, you must call studio so that we can book you for class. No walk-ins. We wouldn't want to overbook a class and inconvenience other students or have you show up for a class that was canceled.
8 hour notice on all cancellations or you void session & payment, absolutely no exceptions. Please do not ask. The circumstance does not matter. When you reserve your space in class and cancel last minute we are not able to fill that spot. As a courtesy for first time occurrences we will offer you a $5 discount off your next scheduled session.
Expirations & Extensions: All series/packages & Monthly Unlimited Specials have an expiration date and sessions must be completed by the end date mentioned on site/contract. If you are unable to complete your series in the alloted time due to an illness, injury or any other circumstance you must notify the studio by certified mail or email (Notify the Owner or Management, not your class Instructor). You must notify studio within 3 days of your occurrence and how long you will be away. Your contract will be put on hold at the date of your occurrence and set to continue at your return date. Your contract will continue when you return at the point in which you left off. (Example: If you put your contract on hold and you had 10 days remaining, when you return you still only have 10 days remaining in your contract.) Also, the studio will not extend your contract additional time if you notify us with a delay. (Example: Your occurrence happens on March 10th and your contract was to expire on March 31st. You notify the studio on March 23rd to inform us that you need an extension. Your extension will not date back to the occurrence. It will start at the notification date and therefore you would have from March 23rd till April 8th. If you notify the studio after your expiration date of any occurrence, your package will be voided and you will not be able to receive any kind of makeup. There are absolutely no exceptions. Please do not ask.
You must pay online in advance to reserve your space in class. If you are unable to pay online, you must make payment in advance at studio. You can also make payment at the studio the day of your class but we can not reserve a space in class for you and this could result in you showing up to a booked class and not being able to participate.
Always arrive to class 10-15 min early to class to seek parking, fill out paperwork, and change clothes. When you arrive late, you interrupt the teachers instruction and the flow of class. If you are 15 min late, stanby students have the right to your space in class and you must share the pole with that student. For your safety, New students arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be able to participate as this does not allow you to participate in our warmup and could lead to serious injury. Your session will be voided and there are no refunds. If there is space available in the following class, you may make up your class at that time at no charge.
Semi private classes are for 2-10 persons to keep it intimate and to make sure everyone gets the personal attention they need. We have 10 dance poles in our studio and only book up to only 10 students unless friends want to share poles.
There are no refunds after 3 business days. You will receive a credit or you can transfer sessions to another person in which they must still honor your original expiration dates. You may not share packages with another person. If another person takes over your package it can not go back to you or any other person.
We do not allow people to sit in and watch classes. You must pay for a class to participate. This is for the safety and privacy of our students.
Please do not bring children to the studio. Guests must sit in lobby area and are not allowed to watch in on classes. This is for the safety and privacy of our students.
You can join our classes at anytime. You do not have to start on a certain day of the month like most studios. Visit our class schedule page to see what day and times best suit your schedule.

Monthly Unlimited Contract Terms
* The Monthly Unlimited Silver allows you to take one pole dance class per day and as many classes as you want during the week. The Monthly Unlimited Gold allows you to take multiple pole dance classes per day and as many classes as you want during the week. The Monthly Unlimited Specials include all regular group pole dance classes on the schedule (excluding body blast, workshops, privates and specialty classes).
* The Body Blast Monthly Unlimited Special allows you to take as many classes as you want over a month's term.
* Your Monthly Unlimited term starts at your first scheduled class and expires one month from your first scheduled class. (Example: Term starts 3/15/09, Term Expires 4/15/09)
* All appointments must be scheduled by phone. There are no walk-ins.
* There is an 8hr cancellation policy in effect for monthly unlimited students. If you know you cannot make it to a scheduled class, you must call the studio to cancel your appointment. NEVER email cancellations as the studio may not receive the message in time to fill your space. If you fail to show up for a class without notice, you are still responsible for payment of that class in the amount of $20. Your $20 payment is due before you can schedule another class. You will be allowed 7 days to make your payment and a 7 day extension on your contract. If your payment is not made within 7 days of missed class your contract will still expire at its original date and you may continue your classes once your canceled payment fee has been received. If you fail to notify the studio of a canceled or missed class 3 times, your contract will be voided with no reimbursement.

By making payment for the monthly unlimited special, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
