Our official policy is that all sales are final. Unopen &
unused poles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 10%
re-stocking fee may be applied. If for some reason you receive the wrong pole all items must still be in original packaging. Please call Allure for a return slip and notify us of the details of your incorrect order.
All X-Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole to pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused
during shipping we will replace any necessary parts at our discretion.

Return Policy for Dance Shoes (Online & In-studio)
Shoes can only be returned as far as they are unworn, in original shoebox and within three months of the invoice date. However, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. You must email the studio for a return slip and the reason for return.
Shoes purchased in studio are only applicable to a refund if returned within 3 business days of purchase date and must be unworn.
Return Policy for Instructional DVDs (Online & In-studio)
DVD's cannot be returned once your packaging is opened. If you receive the wrong DVD based on your order or your DVD does not play, you can return the package and the correct DVD will be mailed to you.
DVD's purchased in studio may not be returned once they leave the studio unless the video does not play.
